Run with Tim along the new track from Paekakariki above the beach. Hoped to get to the swing bridges but the track wasn't finished.

Hoped to run the 5 peaks with Shamdawg. Started well up Crows Nest, Johnston Hill and then Makara Peak but then the pace dropped a lot. Shamus got quite thirsty and really struggled up Wrights Hill and we were forced to abandon Te Ahumairangi. 5 Peaks 2.0 when I return...

Ran over the Skyline to Eds for what I thought was going to be a run but ended being scrambling through gorse up Kaukau. Anyway we got a bit more running in on the other side when we dropped down through the Otari map and came back up at the top of Bells track. Ran back home along the roads because I need some water asap
