Good run with Matt and Tim on Ruapehu. Took the Round The Mountain Track from Ohakune Mountain Road to Mangaehuehu Hut. Then ran up above the bushline and back to the car along Blyth Hut Track. We were pushing pretty hard towards the end so we wouldn't be too late back

Good long run/mission with Tim, Matt, Duncan, Laura and Marketa. Got to the top of Ngauruhoe, then ran over to look at the Emerald Lakes, Blue Lake, North Crater and the top of Tongariro. Back to the car down the ridgeline

Smashed the race up Mt Vic. Started at the park of Pirie St and any route to the top, then back down.

Super boss training with Matt, Jamie and Laura in Waitarere. Coastal stuff was pretty tiring.

Good run with Matt in Otari, on the skyline and in the cemetery. Meant to be an easy run but it didn't quite work out like that

shoes: VJ Bold 2013

Had a good run at the WOA Middle and won by 2 min. Quite a tricky course and fairly physical but I think it suited me. Ankle a bit sore but achilles fine.

Strength & Conditioning 20:00 [5]

Core with Matt Ogden and Steph. Got pretty smashed in the planks
