Jeg løp bra i Elgdilten men jeg ble nr 4, nesten 3 minutter bak første. Jeg bommet ikke og løp hardt, så kanskje jeg bare ikke var rask nok. Igjen det var lett orientering med veldig god sikt og lette poster.

I ran well in Elgdilten but I finished in 4th place, almost 3 minutes behind the winner. I didn’t loose much time and ran hard, so maybe I just wasn’t fast enough. Again it was easy orienteering with good visibility and easy controls.Results…

Jeg kom på 1. plass i Pinsesprinten i Hamar i H17-20. Jeg løp ganske bra men jeg bommet 1 minutt på den 7. posten. Løypa var ganske lett men på den 7. jeg var ikke helt sikker hvor jeg var etter kollen mellom de to bekkene.

I came 1st in Pinsesprinten in Hamar in H17-20. I ran quite well but I lost 1 minute on 7. The course was quite easy but on the 7th I had no attackpoint after the small hill between the streams.Results…

Jeg bare løp rolig i Volhaugen fordi jeg har løpt hver dag for 8 dager nå og jeg tror det er lurt og hvile i morgen. Jeg skal til Hamar i helga for 3 løp.

I just jogged in Volhaugen because I have run each day for 8 days now and I think it is smart to rest tomorrow. I am going to run in 3 races in Hamar in the weekend.

Jeg kom 2. i det første Bygdakampløpet, et minutt bak Lars. Jeg løp bra bortsett fra den 8. der jeg tapte mye tid, men jeg er usikker hvorfor. Jeg pushet ganske hardt men jeg var litt sliten i skogdelen.

I came 2nd in the first Bygdakamp race, 1 minute behind Lars. I ran well except for the 8th control where I lost a lot of time, but I’m unsure why. I pushed quite hard but I was a bit tired in the forest section. Results…

Klubbtrening i kveld var ei klypeløype på Balhaldmarka og noen Frol løpere var med. Paul og jeg sprang med bare kurvekart men du kan se det vanlige kartet under. På hver post var det 3 klyper; grønne var 5 poeng, blå var 3 og hvite var 1. Jeg var først på de 1., 3., 5., 7., og 8. postene og andre på de 4. og 6. Den var ei artig treningsøkt med fellesstart og løpere fra Frol.

Club training was a peg-race at Balhaldmarka and some Frol runners joined. Paul and I ran with a contour only map butn you can see the normal map below. At each control there were 3 pegs; green were 5 points, blue were 3 and white were 1. I was first to 1, 3, 5, 7 and 8 and second to 4 and 6. It was a fun training with mass start and runners from Frol.

I dag løp vi på Ramsåsen for skoletrening. Jeg sprang ganske rolig fordi jeg har intervalltrening i kveld med Frol. Løypa gikk bra, ingen store bom.

Today we ran at Ramsåsen for school training. I ran just jogged because I have intervals with Frol tonight. The course went well, no big mistakes.

Intervallene med Frol var på Tromsdalen, et nytt kart for meg. Jeg var ganske trøtt og løp bare 4 av 7 drag.

The intervals with Frol were at Tromsdalen, a new map for me. I was quite tired and just ran 4 of the 7 efforts.
