Jeg løp en trening med Frol i Bjugn. Jeg sprang det hardt men terrenget var veldig tungt. Jeg tapte nesten ingen tid, kun hadde dårlig retning ut fra den 9.

I ran a training with Frol in Bjugn. I ran hard but the terrain was really physical. I lost almost no time, only had a bad exit out from 9.

Jeg sprang første i vårsleppet sprint og det var litt dårlig for meg. Da jeg kom til mål, var ikke målet der. Jeg sprang til der målet var på kartet, men kunne ikke se målet, og tapte 25 sekunder i siste strekk (4 plasser). I tillegg, var den 6. posten plassert feil (så kanskje høyre var raskere) og til den 5. det var en til sti som var ikke på kartet, og jeg sprang langs den først. Jeg var ganske misfornøyd etter jeg sprang.

I ran first in the Vårsleppet Sprint and that was a bit bad for me. When I came to the finish, it was in a different place than it was drawn on the map. I ran to where the finish was on the map, but couldn’t see the finish, and lost 25 seconds on the last leg (4 places). In addition to that, the 6th was in the wrong place (so maybe right was faster) and to 5 there was an extra track that wasn’t on the map, and I ran down that first. I was quite unsatisfied after I ran.Results…

Vårsleppet mellomdistanse var jaktstart fra sprinten, så det var nesten ingen tid mellem hver løper. Fordi terrenget var så åpent det var nesten et terrengløp. Jeg bommet grovt på den 26. Kartert var litt rart og vi sprang forbi posten.

Vårsleppet Middle Distance was chasing start from the sprint, so there wasn’t much time between each runner, Because the terrain was so open it was almost a running race. I lost a lot of time on 26, the map was a bit weird and we ran right past the control.Results…

TA-sprint løp 3. Jeg sprang bra uten mye bom men fikk 3. plass, et minutt bak Lars.

TA-Sprint race 3. Ran well without many mistakes but came 3rd, one minute behind Lars.

Jeg løp NTNUI sitt tiotestløp på Børsåsen. Det var fellesstart på natt og jeg bommet mye. Jeg sprang bra i starten, og var foran nesten hele veien til den 1. På den 2. tapte jeg tid fordi jeg kom mot posten fra feil retning, og da jeg prøvde å ta igjen de andre løperne, sprang jeg for fort, så ikke på kartet, og bommet. Etter den 11. begynte jeg å ha kontroll, og det ble artig. Fikk 9. plass.

I ran the NTNUI trial race for Tiomila on Børsåsen. It was mass start at night and I made lots of mistakes. I ran well in the start, and was in front almost all the way to 1. At 2 I lost time from coming at the control from the wrong direction, and then tried to catch the runners, ran too fast, didn’t look at the map, and made mistakes. After 11 I began to have control and it started to be fun. 9th place.Results…
