I dag sprang jeg med Anton på langtur igjen. Jeg var ikke trøtt etter langturen så jeg tror jeg kan ha tre langturer hver uke. Hvis jeg finne nok tid… Jeg må lage god utholdendhet for junior VM.

Today I ran with Anton on a long run again. I was not tired after the long run so I think I can have three long runs each week. If I find enough time… I must build good endurance for the Junior World Champs.

I dag jeg er litt trøtt etter i går og jeg sprang ikke langt. Kom hjem fra skole litt før vanlig så det var ikke mørkt for løping. Ikke vondt i foten min.

Today I am a bit tired after yesterday and I didn’t run long. Got home from school before normal so it was not dark for the run. No pain in my foot.

Langtur på Volhaugen igjen. Jeg sprang langs den vanlige stien, så opp veien og langs den andre stien til Vådalmarka. Jeg sprang hjem på Gammlekongeveg. I mørket, jeg var forvirret hvilken sti å ta, men jeg kom hjem.

Long run on Volhaugen again. I ran along the normal track, then up the road and along another track to Vådalmarka. I ran home on the Kings road. In the dark, I was confused which track to take, but I got home.

Veldig vanskelig trening med Paul på Banmyra. Jeg hadde mange bom, men jeg tror det var fordi jeg løp for fort. Jeg hadde ikke mye lys fra min hodelykt så jeg såg ikke mye. Bare 10 meter på mest. Du kan se min bom på kartet. Jeg hadde dårlig retning mange ganger. Det er skuffende å ha en dårlig trening på min bursdag.

Very difficult training with Paul on Banmyra. I had many mistakes, but I think it was because I was not slow enough. I had not much light from my headlamp so I didn’t see much. Only 10m at the most. You can see my mistakes on the map. I had bad direction many times. It is disappointing to have a bad training on my birthday.

I dag vi hadde orienteringstrening med skolen på Nordberghaugen. 9 kart med 2 poster på hver kart. Jeg er glad vi hadde 9 kart, fordi alle løyper på 1 kart er veldig vanskelig å lese. Det var ganske vanskelig å spring oppover hver gang men bra trening for Tsjekkia.

Today we had orienteering training with skole on Nordberghaugen. 9 maps with 2 controls on each map. I am happy we had 9 maps, because all courses on 1 map is very difficult to read. It was quite difficult to run up hill each time but good training for Czech Republic.
