Wasn't feeling too flash for the Queens Birthday Long Distance, sore stomach still. Didn't get much chance for a warm up before I started. Had a clean first few controls in the low vis green but took them quite slowly. Lost 4 min on 5 though, Hit the wrong depression and then relocated off where I though 6 was but ran past it. Then in the running sections my stomach got really sore. Normally I could have passed Brent and James but my legs wouldn't run for me because of sickness. around controls 12 and 13 my legs started cramping and I felt like I was just about to throw up so I pulled out. I think I got to run the best part of the course though

Had a good race in the Queens Birthday Loops Race even though I wasn't feeling too flash in my stomach. 7 Lost time by going around the fight, strait would have been fine, but it doesn't look like that from the map (5 sec). 15 Went wide, bad compass (2 sec). Came first in M21 so some good World Ranking Points, but not especially fast, just clean.

Went for my first run since Wednesday, and shins felt good. Did a bit of a fartlek session with 6 x 10sec efforts on the flat, and 4 x 15sec efforts uphill. Really slippery and had no traction. Didn't have much energy because I have hardly been eating the past few days.

Felt like absolute crap last night, really sick in the stomach, like I needed to throw up, but couldn't. Also didn't feel like eating at all so didn't do the 60min ride. Think it was some dodgy chicken burrito I ate...
