Guess what the weather was this morning? Fucking rain again. I swear the whole mountain is going to wash away soon. Attempted 10 x efforts which were 30sec flat, 15sec hill but only managed 6 because I was too sick

Raining again. Had 2 x 10min efforts at Middle race pace, but the track sucked so it was a bit slow. Legs a bit sore from pounding on the rock-hard track yesterday

Ran up to the track to get the pick-axe to bring it home before I left. On the way back down I ran two 30sec efforts at intensity 5 which were really sketchy with a pick in my hand

Really windy and rainy and I think I ran the most exposed track in the whole of NZ, had needles of rain driving against my face and could hardly see. Was really worried my torch was going to crap out. Had 6 x 4min efforts at 175-180 with 3min recoveries but had to cut them down to 2min because I was getting so cold

Really windy and driving rain so I did my pyramid intervals on the Kaiwharahara stream track, but I ended up getting chased by dogs, so I probably ran a bit faster. Had a mean rage at the owner though :)
