shoes: Asics Gel-DS Trainer

Stage 3 at the West Side. Felt a bit tired but ran fast and had few mistakes. Came 22nd in M21E

Orienteering race 18:00 [5] 4.5 km (4:00 / km)
ahr:171 max:180 shoes: Asics Gel-DS Trainer

Stage 4 of Sprint the Bay. Came 23rd in M21E at Frimley, had a good race with no mistakes

Sprint the Bay 2012 Stage 1. Came 19th in M21E. Made a poor route choice on control 4 and should have stuck with the group. Also could have been cleaner on most controls by taking slightly different routes.

Stage 2 at Napier Central. Came 2nd in M21E and ran fast with no mistakes

10min warm up, 10min at 4, 20min at 3, 10min at 4 and the remainder at a jog to warm down. Didn't feel fantastic but I think it was too early in the morning

Sprint training at Central Park. Couldn't do 45min because of my blister but legs aren't sore anymore

Still have sore legs, not surprising seeing as it was the furthest I have run
