Note

Rested today, sore calves and hamstrings from Tussock Traverse

ahr:170 max:184 shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

Won the Tussock Traverse M20 grade by about 9min and came 8th overall. Went pretty hard on the hill at the beginning and was in 5th place up until around 8km, and then lost energy and got passed a bit. Picked it up a bit toward the end with about 6km to go.

Really sore calves and hamstrings afterwards though

Sprint training in Karori, got a flat tire while riding there so I ran, and ended up doing about 4 1min courses at intensity 5 with jogging in between

Pretty clean on the sprint course but I needed to read ahead more.
