Orienteering race 19:20 [5] 3.7 km (5:14 / km)
ahr:176 max:183 shoes: Icebug Spirit OLX

O-Max # 4 At Maidstone in Upper Hutt. They were starting just as I arrived so I didn't get a chance to warm up, and had that pain in the back of my throat again that I always get when going strait into high intensity without warming up. Technically I came 1st because Tim and Bryn should get 1min penalties but I dont think that will happen. So third

Cycling 1:12:04 [5] 26.5 km (22.1 kph)
ahr:141 max:157

60min aerobic bike ride, which was fricken hard. Found it so difficult to get my heartrate above 135 when biking on the flat, it just wouldn't get higher no matter how fast I cycled. Also took a little bit longer to get home then expected
