Test ran the red long in Aro Valley. So much climbing and thrashing through fight, shagged afterwards.

Ran on the skyline and GPS tracked the tracks for Magnus' map. Felt pretty good except for a stitch on the way down the pylon track

O-Max # 1 on the Waterfront. Much too long a course with tons of dog-legs. Toe not too sore during but afterwards it was bad. Came 2nd in Open Men behind Bryn

Put out controls for Beverly's orienteering coaching on Mount Vic. Would have been so much faster if I didn't have to search for each ribbon in the bag at each control. Looked at my watch for one control and lost 3min just searching for the damn ribbon.
