Real disappointing i felt so bad Alistair reckons dehydration

im not sick at all i just was so hungry. When i got home i ate at least 300g dry pasta 500g dry rice 8 chicken legs and 4 bananas

From Magnus' ran up the pylon track to the saddle, along the ridge south and down the old blue trail, then back via upper yellow and red. From the bottom of Downing St ran the last 700m fast
