Stepped outside to cool off before doing more Abs and Arms and decided that it was too damn nice to not run. Plus I got two brand new pairs of shoes, so I decided to take off for a short run.

Just felt awesome. Easy 5k on a beautiful night.

Wore the Inov8 Road-X Lite 155 (155g, exactly 100 grams lighter than my old 255s). Feet felt really quick and effortless, like them a lot. Probably going to use these for shorter road stuff and the Road-X 233 (also just got) for 8ish+ mile runs where a bit more support is desirable.
