Around the front of Ainslie, found it a little difficult to get going, cadence was well down on the first one, but lifted in the second. Felt pretty average at the end of the second, but glad to get the third done

Another good session, tried to keep the pace high in the floats to make it a bit more aerobic

A little windy, but the sun was out, so a good day in all.
Felt pretty good after the weekend, a little sore on the climbs, but other than that it was all good.
Genuinely surprised with my results from the weekend - maybe more orienteers should play footy too?
