Orienteering race (Easter-Day 1) 26:48 [5] 4.92 km (5:27 / km) +80m 5:02 / km
shoes: Inov-8 x-talon 212

I was racing really well early, but I coughed up 1.30 at #6, where I drifted on my bearing after being distracted by another runner, and I didn't bail out to the track to relocate quick enough. Other than that and a small miss at 17, it was pretty good, quite happy with how I'm feeling physically and my place (#4)

I was running really well early, pushed hard and made no real errors. Lost time on the route choice leg of 17-18, but that was more navigational inaccuracies rather than the wrong way. As it turns out, it was pretty much the same whatever you chose. I lost another 20 going to 23, I picked the long way around and went around the fence bit the wrong way, jumping it to 23 but not to 24. Other than that it was pretty good

Didn't really plan a 3km tempo, but that's what happened. Was very meh
