So we lost and my ankle was hurting a lot more I almost rolled it and I had to ice it when I got home.

So we won and my ankle was swollen on the inside and outside and it hurt a little.

So its was are last practice and I was sick and my ankle got really swollen after practice. During the practice we did a lot of running while working on basketball skills.

I went on the bike the stair master and i did core. I also did weights for legs and arms. My ankle was still sore from the other night and it just got worse.

It was pretty simple just a lot of running my ankle was bugging me a little.

So we started out with looking at a map. We after went up on the running track and ran each leg. For each leg we had to know around how long it was, are route choice, attack point and the feautre we hit when we have gone to far. It was pretty easy so I got just a map with contour line and cliffs and boulders marked on it. I though it would be harder but it was easyer with this map.

Morning basketball practice nothing special just running passing shooting. Ankle feels really stiff today.

So it was superhoops finals and we won. My ankle was pretty good but I iced it after.

So it was a game and a morning practice. I took it easy because my ankle was still sore. I was fine after practice and the game.
