Invitation from Joost to come for a training in Kessel-Lo with a delicious pasta afterwards. Couldn't refuse that offer.

Running intervals 22:44 [4] 6.0 km (3:47 / km)

3000m's on finish track in Kessel-Lo with one tour full recuperation in between. The first 3km in 11'10", second 3km in 11'34". Good tempo.

Took it easy. Tired of this week. Often no good concentration, slow mapreading, slow legs but a challenging sprint-course. Good exercise.
