Nya Älgdrevet middle distance H50. Same nice terrain as saturday. A fairly good race again, did however have one 30-40 sec mistake getting too high across the slope to no 6. Then some hesitation stops. Finally felt yesterdays longer race on the final climbs. Good week-end!

Nya Älgdrevet H50, after the Swedish ultralong champs. Fantastic day and great terrain. Finally feel a bit faster. Had a good race with just a few hesitation stops, no real mistakes. A couple of interesting route choices which I think I got right. Did get slowed down in a swamp towards the end of the course. It may have been better to run around using a trail, but it also could be that I just felt I was going too slow.

Ursvik 10k loop. After a day of meetings and a golf outing w/ IOF Sports Director Björn Persson. Nice day and lots of juicy inside information.....

The 10k loop at Tuggelite by headlamp. Very wet on the trails. Long day so great to get out even though it was late.
