Woke up this morning feeling proper crap. Can't breath through my nose at all and sore throat. I am actually so sick of this being ill, it's an absolute joke, as soon as I start training again I can't. It's like I'm just not meant to do well at all this year. JK is the last thing I need this weekend, not to mention getting graded in Basketball today. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh

Forgot my garmin. Time and distance are estimates. To be honest it was what I did in the session that mattered. Did the suggested dynamic drills (high knees, short sprints, bum flicks etc) to improve my running style, did them on a dirt track rather than the road. With the snow blowing horizontally in my face. Didn't feel quite as crap as I thought I would with being ill, which was nice :L my face was numb when I got home.
Again did the WUD thing, warm up about a km to the track then started drills up to Lanton, warm down round small loop for some terrain was quite wet and muddy and then down the field home.
