Glenrock. All my resting this week for nothing. Had to get out before the forecast weekend rain. The rain that has postponed the ACT champs.

Street O at Carrington. Always start out with the intention of walking the whole way to save the knee but as the time progresses I think if I jog just a little bit then I can get an extra control or two. I speed up into a slow jog and then a faster jog and then end up with a sore knee.

Not sure how you get 28 m of climb in Carrington. I did go to the top of the one hill but surely that’s not even 10 m high.
