Restart of Orienteering in Newcastle. Hopefully the rest of society behaves so we can continue. Bit of an effort, don’t think I’ve tried to run for 4-5 months. Not that you could call a lot of what I did today running.

One mistake, control 4. A couple of slow controls on the bigger up hills.

Riding Hamish’s draft Aus Champs middle course 2. Few stops along the way to mark up map and a couple of discussions with Hamish who was doing course 1. We “raced” alternate routes on a few common legs to test distance and time.
