Morning ride around Glenrock. Some sections effort interspersed with some easy sections and a couple of ested stops. Starting to warm up by the end. Knee still a bit sore on th up hill efforts.

Almost ran over a massive red belly on windy roots, locked the brakes and just missed its tail as it wriggled off the track.

Easy ride along Throsby Creek, Harbour and beach and then return. Mostly to see how the knee feels. Still not that good but can stand to peddle up hill so some improvement.

Tried a quick lap of Glenrock after a little bit of a warm up. Body still feeling effects of a busy Xmas 5 day. Knee quite sore, can't stand to peddle and generally body tired. Still managed to do a fairly quick time? Maybe should ride afternoons more often.
