State League - Miners Despair. Hard day. No execution errors, perhaps some route choices might have been better. Slow going with thick vegetation, lots of fallen timber, lots of rock and plenty of hills.

First state league this year. Boxvale Tramway. Knee still not happy, external and internal Voltaren didn't seem to help.

Slow going the whole time. Don't think I had any clean legs, though only probably 2 where I was really poor. IJ caught me at 10 and leapfrogged until about 20 where it became more open for running and he got away.

Control 2 on termite mound bounced around off a few termite mounds in area, possibly hit the one directly under the line which I didn't see, need GPS to tell. Control 18, difficult following minor track across creek and down rock face, then left track too early and ended up in thicker green, tempted in by seeing IJ.

Glenrock for a morning ride. Knee not happy to start with so easy ride trying to "warm" it up. Didn't improve so packed up and went home.
