Map and track checking at Wallaroo. Some of the single track is unusable because so many trees down. Out for close to 3 hours with stopping to mark up map and move some small stuff off tracks.

Meetings and site inspection around Mudgee for a couple of days. Early enough finish today to get in a couple of hours of riding at Mudgee common. Lucky my bike was in the car.

Seems to be a lot of tracks but no signs so a bit confusing to know where you are and where you've already been. Majority of track is on a base of loose rock so a bit slippery on corners at times.

Some steep hills with steep tracks. Hard to motivate to ride to the top when just exploring and they didn't look like they'd be fun on the way down anyway.

Mostly enjoyable and recommended for a ride if passing through.
