Street o at Cardiff South. As part of my plan to look after my dodgy knee I walked. Need to get better at planning for shorter distance.

Going to BBL game with kids and friends so went early for run in Sydney sprint. Legs tired from other activities today. OK sprint run for me. Errors noted I splits line up with where I think I made errors. Ran past first turn in to 9. Was in the right place not seeing 10 for a bit. 11 ended up being about 20 metres higher than the point I navigated to. Couldn't work out map 11-12. Tired climbing stairs on way to 23. Tired brain by 25.

Lots of concrete running not good for the dodgy knee.
