Restart of Orienteering in Newcastle. Hopefully the rest of society behaves so we can continue. Bit of an effort, don’t think I’ve tried to run for 4-5 months. Not that you could call a lot of what I did today running.

One mistake, control 4. A couple of slow controls on the bigger up hills.

Dungog to try the new flow trail. More practice required and perhaps a less rigid bike. Road some of the XC tracks as well. It’s more hilly than I remember or maybe I’m just older than last time.
