Nice course. Took a bad route choice to #8, after not seeing a very small track through some houses and taking a longer route around. Otherwise, an almost perfect race, first by just more than 4 minutes. Took it pretty slow in some places, but sped up where I could.

Knee began hurting at the end of the first set and then became unbearable halfway on the third of the second set. Took it easy from there, practising technique.

Another blue (in the old designation, now very easy) course, nice and simple, just time with a map in hand. Had a quick chat to Paula half way along where she was doing a running group for Nea's friends.
