AJ didn't like the thicker forest and tweaked his ankles a few times.

I was also a bit tentative near the end after further tweaking my pinched-on-Tuesday knee a bit... Just landed at a odd angle and put a lot of stress on some semi-swollen inside edge of right knee. Nothing particularly pinchy though (phew!)

Knee was recovered enough to do some hill intervals (this was before my hand massage felt like it moved something... yikes. (Or maybe was just excess fluid squeezing around?) Followed by some light jogging around.

Something pinched sharply in my R-knee (near inside edge?) shortly after stepping of a bike, while walking into the gym. Tried to shake it off. Went on a long run with Steve anyway as it wasn't getting any worse.

Was slowly getting better, but then while massaging the still slightly swollen knee on Friday, it seemed like I moved something (something floating around loose in there??) Slightly better Saturday, and slightly worse after Sunday's orienteering race - fortunately could race on it, and there was no sharp pain, but unfortunately it felt risky to push on it, and one downhill rocky step about 1/3 of the way through the 2nd course, I pushed off at an odd angle did put a lot of strain on it in a similar area. After which I tried to run a bit more delicately, and apparently did no significant additional damage?
