Full 1/25/14 set. Legs feeling okay (even after the 5k). Hip flexor even less sore (barely noticable) than after/during some recent long snow runs.

GPS track is AJ's. 5k at Feel-the-Love race. Got a bit of a late start (20 sec) - time is chip time. Would've been really close to the 3rd & 4th place women had I started on time - wonder if that would've motivated me to push harder?

It certainly felt hard - on the lungs/cardio.
