Even after 10 1/2 hours in the past week, I still need to average 66 minutes per day, for the next 6 days, to reach the 1hr/day goal. I've decided XC skiing, w/heart-rate in the running range, counts toward my 1hr/day training goal.
Did a little coverage run attempt w/o pre-measure, and covered a bit more land between Swedesford, 202 & Valley Rd. to the SW, along Little Valley Creek, and Valley Creek (north of Swedesford) - but didn't really push back the nearest point, still leaving 3 little slivers of land more than 100m from running distance. Some parts I can reach via driveway out & backs, another will requite a bit more scouting about a large lot.
