A bit tired after this morning, but felt okay by end.

Will try to break 1200 on this course by early Spring, 1130 by early Summer...

Run when relatively easy, or long legs. Walked/slow (1) jog while near control sites, checking things out. Total time 4.5 hours, ~1.5 hours was standing/too slow to count.

Jogger upwind made for slow, but good hard work.

Grass + some rocky dirt, one small hill, out and back loop.
4x: 53, 54 55 56 sec. Was planning to do 10, then 8, then 6, but stopped at 4 due to flagging speed and some sharper than normal R-foot pain (which has since subsided) and some mild R-IT pain (which has since worsened.)
I don't think my both is ready yet for this kind of intensity. The foot, esp. needs to get better. Plus rain is forecast for tonight, so that's probably a reason why things will hurt more than normal.

Overall, poor workout and surprisingly poor motivation.

Note

This is a 'rest' week, with ~2 hours planned. With O' this weekend, and some possible course setting on Sat., I won't run far early this week, but hopefully I can do some good foot exercise this week
