Orienteering (Race) 1:16:14  8.7 km (8:46 / km) +250m 7:40 / km
Felt good, fewer mistakes but a little further back. I'm way better at uphill than downhill apparently. I need to get some foot/ankle strength back, and get a little more fearless on leaf covered downhills... and then I can run just as fast as Mr. Zhuk... or not.
R-foot mildly sore during, after, and still on Monday morning. I need to fix that too. Perhaps this winter I'l do some better time-off-racing/foot-strength
