Fforest Fawr loop - anticlockwise

Quads and hip flexors were a little tight for the first few km but then eased up. Felt strong and suprisingly managed to knock out a few 4:40/km kilometres.

Am I getting my running mojo back? Maybe!

My PB on this route is 57minutes which I did in August 2012. Could I do this ever again?

Big group of us ran from Cardiff Castle to the Cardiff Barrage. The end of an epic long weekend.

Started at 0600 on Friday morning and finished at ~1000 Monday Morning.
