Bit scrappy today but not unexpected.

Didn't quite get into the scale, underan #1 but not too bad. Main errors 4-5 and 11-12 just loose bearings and not tight enough to map.

Fitness told as expected and finished 15th overall.

Solid run and achieved aim of top 10 on M35, coming in 9th.

For course 3 was 25th which also happy with all things considered.

Pace was solid if not fast

Time lost potentially on

#6 as swept to north and on the map better to cut south, but may be not much in it due to cars being parked - 2 seconds

#7 focussed too much on having a clean flow on the map turnover here and didn't see the obvious trap - 5 seconds? Possibly more.

#12 lost focus abut here and after a 50/50 choice lost it as I crossed the bridge heading to 13 instead, then overcotrected instead of flowing down, then went into wrong part of building - 10 seconds

#16 again lost focus and looped too far round - 5 seconds

#17 couple of seconds by using banking instead of steps - 2 seconds

24 seconds easily gained on a clean run would only have improved position to 8th so not enough pace on the easier legs to reel oli in.
