Orienteering (Soho race) 31:56 [3] 4.5 mi (7:06 / mi)
shoes: Adidas glide boost

Again body was pretty broken but managed to push through, but overall pretty damn slow.

Nav was solid main time loss was on No1 as I ran to the feature and it was hung behind me on a lamppost, not the end of the work but still frustrating

Feeling right and sore after last nights run out but managed a slow trot round.

Orienteering could definitely have been better and so not reading the routes well. Fluffed the first control for example and took about a minute to find the start control (I blame the printing) and took sub optimal routes and some dead ends throughout not a top performance but definitely back trying to to xompete

Took it at quite a comfortable pace and this turned out to be a good plan as was feeling it by the end but was still able to bring it in and was strong on the last step climb.
