Relay back on the dunes. Leg 2. Same plan, easy running, but i think i found myself in a good rhythm cruising for some of it. Not quite happy, not reading enough detail in places, but some of it i was smooth and a good feeling. Would have been cool to race it! Then quick change and Nisse's Taxi to the station, no bad feeling in the heel. Slutet gott allting gott.

Easy run at the middle distance race. Wanted to run controlled and cleanly, always easier at this pace but feel like i did quite a good job. A few seconds in places but not much time loss. Nice. Glad i wasnt pushing hard in so much sand.

relay training back at Vånga, but worth the trip when we had more of the map to run on and the extra bit was really cool. another easy run in a mass start but this time managed fine to hold back, helped that i was tired! mostly taking my gaffles fine but a notable mistake to stop me being happy. need to remember to keep concentrating right into the control, not just somewhere near it.

What was supposed to be my "premier race" of the season. My injury had been improving each day even running twice but running in rocky forest at night probably isnt the best place to start pushing things. So the plan was for an easy run. Unfortunately it was a mass start and its just so difficult to take it easy! so the first bit i let myself get pulled along. Missed a bit and then was more alone and easier to be sensible...

... Then the rest. Orienteering reasonably but at times a bit distracted by others. Forest got much rockier and going into the last loop it was quite rough, started to feel the injury at times and was really having to watch my footing, so that was enough tonight. Im not sure i should be happy i stretched out for those first minutes and enjoyed it, not finding it difficult to keep up, or if i should be annoyed i didn't follow the plan better. Either way i would like to actually get to the finish of something soon!

Climbing (on camp! It's really getting out of hand...) plus a few extras. Should really lift before i climb, gripping a bar wasnt fun.
