Finally a training that was running with a bit on the bike, not vice versa. Parked at the top of wyming brook and ran on small tracks and mixed terrain out to the headstone.

... Except this time i stopped for a bit longer at the top and went along stanage edge. Som terrain but at least half was on paths. Heavy legs from weights and cycling but feeling a bit more like myself now.
