X-trainer again, as i am definitely a fair weather cyclist. On the way to being able to do a good interval session on this now, worked reasonably hard.
Nice to have a late start today. Went to try the climbs out of hathersage to the top of Burbage. One easier gradient and one steep. Nice that there were loads of other people out doing similar things (i was the only one on a mountain bike...)
Peaks exploring. Found an excellent road from near bamford where the climbing doesnt break much until you're at the top of Burbage. In quite a lot of pain today so stopped for cake and espresso to help me on my way.
definitely keen to get going again, not often i'll get up for the gym at 6... quite small weights to reacquaint myself.

out into the peaks. cycling is always a means to an end for me but it was a stunning morning to be out. not too tough but some nice climbs. heavy frost on and bright sun. i think this should be the only one i'm not running in the middle.
