Not that much sleep again but tried to gather the last energy for o intervals. Great gaffled training. Was a nice challenge to run with Lina S and Sara H and even though my legs were struggling most of my orienteering was good. Much better than yesterday anyway haha. Really enjoyed this, emptied the tank. Bit of a guess at time.

Mass start relay training. Loops with a big group but i didnt make the most of the opportunity. Bit stressed from being in charge (even though everything was going fine) and no sleep, i think that could have been why my orienteering was really off! Not feeling brill either but really making a lot of big mistakes on the first loop. Feeling a bit fried after that so decided to take the second easy and actually find something but actually after a km of that twitter my ankle badly enough to have to stop and sit/scream for a bit, back walking/smalljogging on the path after. Lucky for me the tendons are so stretched that it wasnt a problem later, not even any swelling.

Was quite excited about training so late (start 22.30, a record for me!) but a bit worried about my ankle and with really low expectations after the morning. Had managed a nap tho. Had a tiny lamp, which didnt fit my head, so progress was always slow, but not sure on battery life so i got some great Night Fear and ran pretty cleanly. Really enjoyed it apart from a couple of brashed bits! ran alone all the way too.

Labyrinth o, näset and svartvik. Really enjoyed this! Good way to use näset. Quite intense concentration needed all the way.
