Back in the game, 12km split tempo (in 4s but usual "bonus breaks" needing the loo. Djurgården was a v poor choice in this respect. Need to strengthen everything round hips i think. Slept in again but i think training in the heat of the day is a good idea.

12x200 at the IP. Didnt time them. In lane 3 and the headwind side, dodging the blowtorch melting bits of tartan because the track was being fixed. Just trying to get good output per stride. Doms from yesterday but knee fine.

Back from helping at city cup. Which actually goes on quite late, so i had to split it up to het home before 9, get my house key and go back out for extra distance. Luckily its the time of year when late evening running is quite comfortable and light.
