Time i did a proper long session. Roads were the only place to get it done just now. Split it a bit to make sure i was pushing reasonably hard. 3x4km ish+ 2km with about a minute between. Proper tank emptier, not often i have to walk bits of the warm down... (time is a estimate! Just ordered new garmin charger tho woo. Effort also fairly arbitrary, feel like most of my longer efforts are something like 3.5)

Svartvik and mörtsjön. Dont want to use my AP to just complain about snow but underfoot conditions made this a special kind of grim. Big time for the distance and so much load on lower legs!

various slushing about once i'd got the morning's project done. sleeting, so manky.

quite short tempo but good to start somewhere! settled fine into the right kind of intensity mostly, but conditions were pretty awful for speed output.

12 x around 30s full effort, apart from where the surface stopped play a bit. about 1 min (full?) recovery to make sure i got some speed in, the rest of the week seems to be shaping up a fair slog bonanza.
