Im quite tired and need this recovery weekend, the idea is that i can hit the ground running once back in Stockholm. Its good to be tired from training and not cos something is wrong. Easy run on the beach at San Juan. Some good looking hills to the north.

Guardamar central bit. Thought it would be an interesting one to do compass free. It was. One especially where a compass would have been great.

Orienteering - hard 21:00 [4]

N course. Sort of, I have no headtorch so had to run in the light. Also no watch so i have no idea how long it took (trying to estimate using Jespers time but his watch stopped mid course...). Ran quite hard, went quite well. My first time and i underestimated how tracked some bits would be, but still a challenge to keep cool and avoid driftig off line. End of camp tiredness but pleased i can produce a better and better physical feeling in the sessions.

easy pace at the north end, trying to concentrate on direction. about 80% successful.

Orienteering - hard 35:00 [4]

Relay training. Not quite sure it was much i4 again, but more effort anyway. Especially at the beginning before i dropped Jesper hehe. Dont think much higher speed would have served me well, i was fairly in control. About 30s mistakes.

Maybe everyone has some areas they just do not click with... guardamar s is one of mine. A loops course, where i had to go and re-run a lot of legs because they went so badly! Two of them twice. Bloody hell.
