Good stretch in the evening, met training quota for the week.

O intervals round vinterserien. From Alby again, in the really good bit and my brain was exploding a few times. But the only thing thats important before spain is feeling like i can do some work and enjoy it again, and I really did. Another world to a month ago. A few uphills and roads where i could get my lungs working a bit, but lots of ice too.

Good grief im slow, but how great to actually do a (short) track interval session and enjoy it, and feel like my body was cooperating to do some work :-) 2000, 1600, 10x100. Cant say im a huge fan of 100s on an indoor track but it was nice to do a mix of speeds. Long way up...

Time to start abusing this pair of trainers. Some laps of the reflexbana on näset with Josh, then to the shop. Then back to the flat to get my card, then to another shop so i didnt look too weird.
