Orienteering - medium 40:00 [3]

Same idea as last week, this time at calverley. It didn't work out so well, the terrain was such that it descended steadily into farce and it wasn't easy to get going. I enjoyed it though. Sort of. And felt more "normal" than a week ago.

Running - easy warm up/down 15:00 [2]

A few hill strides after. Getting back into it.

Running - hard intervals 22:00 [4]

At Boltby while the map is being updated. Adapted a Bash session for terrain, it was one meant for a bit closer to the season but thought it would be good for me today. 10min threshold on paths, then 3x4x1/1 on uphill rider and terrain. Back a bit cranky still but otherwise feeling good.

Running - easy warm up/down 1:00:00 [2]

Went to the reservoir after to try and spot the rents but no luck. And it started snowing so dragged myself back up the bank sharpish in case they had to abort mission (i had the keys)

Running - easy 30:00 [1]

My eyes were bigger than my squatting muscles yesterday and my back ended up doing something it shouldn't. Really sore and difficult to walk all morning but good enough to work my way through some drills this evening. Actually felt really good generally and i think i can do the session i was meant to do today tomorrow.

Maybeck up to Louven howe, other way round to usual. Reasonable in trainers, if i didnt take so many ad lib terrain options all over the place.
