Orienteering - hard intervals 40:00 [4]

Intervals round Yorkshire Champs middle. Quite nice to "orienteer", not really looking at my compass much but im saving things like that for alicante. If I can improve from feeling like someone replaced my lungs with something the size of kiwi fruit, that would be great. A kind woman told me where i was during one of my recoveries :-)

Not as good feeling at all today. Was planning to stick to the cinder track but got to raindale and thought if im having this kind of day i might as well have it on the coast path. So slooow going all the way back trying to stay upright.

Version of round town. Again, getting an okay amount of power for aerobic effort and a bit disappointed the route didnt take longer.

Massive sleep and still sleepy all morning, got some work done and decided it should be quite an easy day. Maybe because of the morning off but when i eventually got out i actually felt something like my normal self, moving quite okay and easily. It's been a month since i started taking iron and i suppose the blood should be getting replaced now, so i hope this feeling will happen more and more now.

Down to the beach to avoid the ice. Second recovery week. Felt quite okay, as yesterday, just a little bit lungy on the last hill home. Apparently rest days are great for recovery, how revolutionary.
