Consulted Sarah R. and the plan is that i should cut my training to 10hrs per week for two weeks provisionally, to make sure i can counteract any general undereating. Never fun to have to do this but if the way to excellence is going to mean extra rest and lots of food for a bit, this is just what i shall have to do...
