went to a small fell race at Commondale, not much climb and a bit of everything so should be right up my strasse. was feeling really bad this morning but i thought it might be some nerves when my confidence is low, but found that my legs wouldnt respond normally, and progressively worse as i went (i know im a drama queen but it really was difficult to keep moving at all on the way back even though that was the downhill). so sad to feel like that. i think normally i would have been around the top 5 but it was more like 20th in the end. luckily no-one else cares because fell running, but i care to be in this kind of state :-(

To sandsend and a bit of mulgrave. Some more additions to the "places road shoes shouldnt go" collection. Both ways along the sand to get some different load than just tarmac. Back/glutes are a mess, generally not too bad otherwise tho

Feeling yesterday, back especially tight. Would be the half day today but i have enforced rest tomorrow. Easy while washing was on, it took extra long today so had time to stretch while i waited too.

2 laps of skogsåttan. Not as much fun as usual with my low capacity, or rather the expectancy of it, i managed okay in reality. Borderline phobic of ice and reminded why on the last marsh, where i fell and had to stop for a bit to put my shoulder back in the socket :-( looking forward to going home again tomorrow!

4x10/1 threshold ish in Ågesta. Took a lot to get out for this but found a good feeling in the end. Worked harder than last time i ran this session anyway. Chilly today, frozen fog.

Bit late. Round the lake while my washing was on. Feeling fairly normal, just a little off usual pace, and I think half of that is to do with v tight back/glutes from travelling, working, being stressed, definitely not playing on attemped hill sprints in any case.
