A bit beforehand, then changed back into my trainers, drank a gainomax and ran home from Visätra with my bag. Felt pretty awful most of the way but glad to get training done to make time for quality household off-seasoning this aft.

Had to make it a rest this morning, really is all catching up with me this week! Easy running and drills with spårvägen (i felt i had to before Saturday, not sure why) before rushing back to näset for some cake

Ended up doing a Saga and changing into dry thermal in the tbana station - apologies commuters of Stockholm...

Snösätra, extra off-piste when i had to divert through högmora on the way back. Enjoyed that though, nice with some feelgood - bit of a lost soul while im still making new goals and havent run hard since Saturday. Feeling a bit recovered now but holding off hard training another day.

Dima invited me to a long training in mörtsjön. I wasnt entirely in the right mood to do a good job but it was nice to get out in the forest for a bit. Cut short. Spotted a couple of elk :-)

My immune system has clearly taken a hit over the last few days and im fighting something off again. So no sessions, just treading water today. Easy round bridges feat. Fave spur, outdoor gym and stopping to get food.
