Centrum Teamsprint with Louise, 2 legs each. Felt pretty awful from yesterday and breakfast sitting quite uncomfortably but tried to push on. I ran legs 2 and 4 and Louise already got a big lead on leg 1 so i just had to keep it. One bad route choice from the pressure but mostly stable. Good courses i thought and good day out!

Test running some city cup final courses. Ran as intervals and some legs twice, testing route choices. Took some effort to get out the door but fine once going. At least napping game was strong today, feeling a bit less stressed now.

Commute into the city then intervals with my class. Bit steadier today when i have sessions planned for the next two days. Summer is here, the Guns they were out.

Easy run. Ended up floden with work/meetings/chores, not exactly turning out the restful break at home needed before wc on Monday (and always a bit shite when im still only earning a fraction of what orienteering costs) but it was a babe of an evening, which cheered me up a bit. As did finishing at Lilla Bas.

Long day travelling, then hot off the plane straight to City Cup via fika and a spot of babysitting. so not feeling too fresh but put in a good effort. need to do some analysis, couple of little time losses but nothing too bad. fun area on skeppsholm, about the right amount of extra oob bits too.

Long distance training. Having some artistic differences with the mapper at times but also just generally an easy run about, i dont actually have to be good at this so it was an excuse to longarm some of the mankier ones.

Final training in Estonia. Middle training, more learning and good practice. Not great direction but working on it.

Got the races i wanted for summer. Whether they're deserved is another matter but i'll work hard now to do the best job i can. At least lots of fun to be had on the way it looks like.

Note

Chatted with mum about the energy problem, she's good at helping me get my act together so feeling a bit better about it. Important to stay strong for the next few weeks hard training, really no margin for error here.

Middle training back at Saturday's race area. Two courses, a bit shaky direction on the first but on the second i got a good lesson with shadowing and a demonstration from Emil, this went a lot better. Mostly up in i3.

Easy run, 10min with the football, new favourite thing! Even tho im rubbish. Found a hill too but not quite above the tree line.
