Note

not sure i can count it as an injury but something is a bit overworked from hard running and gym, maybe SI? but there could be something else, just muscular? always have problems sitting for long periods i think cos of my odd shaped hips and generally being a bit bony but its hard to sit down for any amount of time just now, literally a pain in the arse. both sides equally. have been stretching a bit more but i'll try rolling too.

Into town. 10min tempo, then for a bit of a change actually a version of the session i was about to run with the group. 5x80/40, 5x60/40... Idea was to get cumulative effect and wade through lactic, but felt i wasn't getting enough so swapped last set for 5x30s hills.

Then with my group at humlegården. Must have been trying harder than i thought before, could hardly keep up! Then some problems moving at all after, nearly fell down the stairs to centralen and had to sit down on the platform.

full set of drills at the track. thought by the end of that my glutes would be operational enough for speedwork but it still hurt to run a proper stride. at least seem to have properly ditched the tio hangover now (definitely pulling out of running night at jukola, so i can empty the tank at venla and still have a hope of recovering for woc). ran some extra on näset to make up the time and get some sun.

had been trying to get out the door training pretty much since i woke up but just not feeling it, even though it's a nice day. i think it means i should have taken a proper rest day on monday. but i didnt so now im missing reps instead :-( have quite severe doms from strength yesterday so good to keep moving a bit, filled in the time when my washing was on with a small jog and ice cream debut. wednesday is becoming junk day!

Took a while but made it out eventually, still feeling pretty wrecked! But at least nothing hurts, just tired. Hökarängen with Louise then finished at centrum. Really nice day.
